There’s no easier way to enjoy a fun day with the family in the Carolinas than by attending a local festival. Pepsi Bottling Ventures is proud to support festivals each year to enrich the culture of our communities and support area nonprofits. Here are eight can’t-miss festivals we’re excited to support throughout the rest of this year. Be there!
When: July 27, noon-8 p.m.
Where: Symphony Park
Celebrate Colombia’s culture and history by enjoying Latin-infused music by local and international performers including a top salsa group. Then explore works by artisans, authentic food and ample opportunities to dance.

Where: Various venues
Come for three days of music performed by more than 130 bands across a variety of genres like hip-hop and rock. Venues include an outdoor main stage in Raleigh City Plaza as well as local clubs.

Where: Jim Graham Building on the NC State Fairgrounds
Enjoy Greek food and pastries handmade by members of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and inspired by recipes passed down through generations. Plus, experience live Greek music and traditional folk dancing. A percentage of proceeds from ticket sales will support Habitat for Humanity, Homes For Our Troops and Team Rubicon.

Where: Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church
This annual festival brings in thousands of visitors for Greek food, homemade pastries, traditional dancing, a marketplace, arts and beyond.

Get your fill of fall activities by exploring a corn maze, embarking on a hayride, interacting in an animal barn and more. Plus, pick out a pumpkin to bring home for the season.

Where: Downtown Raleigh
Listen to bluegrass music from eight different free stages. Tickets are available for purchase for access to the Main Stage at Red Hat Amphitheater to benefit the IBMA Trust Fund supporting bluegrass music professionals. Don’t overlook the dance tent, workshop opportunities and exhibits in the Raleigh Convention Center.

When: October 5-November 24, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays
Where: 16445 Poplar Tent Road, Huntersville
Explore history with all-day entertainment, arts, crafts and games, plus shows like jousting knights. There are rides and food to indulge in as well. Don’t overlook the 12 stages showcasing comedy, music, dance and circus performers while you interact with 500 costumed villagers. Behind the scenes, the Festival supports nonprofit fundraising by annually offering $300,000 in free admission opportunities.

Where: Uptown Lexington’s Main Street and adjoining side streets, between 4th Street and 5th Avenue
Celebrate — and dig into — Lexington-style barbecue during this 36th-annual festival. Last year’s festivities included barbecue tents, a rock climbing wall, a lumberjack sports show, bicycle stunt shows and a family-friendly carnival.
