Pepsi gives thanks to Team Rubicon

The day before Thanksgiving, the volunteers from Pepsi went to New Bern, NC to deliver “thank you” banners and free Pepsi products to a Team Rubicon camp. The disaster-response organization sent t- shirts and winter beanies to North Carolina in response to Hurricane Florence.
Team Rubicon swiftly identified areas that needed assistance after the storm, deploying three response operations in the state to Wilmington, New Bern and Goldsboro. They assessed damage, removed debris, and offered muck-out services, home repairs and more.
Pepsi also provided free product and hung “Thank You” Banners around the camp, to show their gratitude.
“[Our community] and Team Rubicon have a strong partnership that will continue to get stronger in 2019 and we look forward to [being] able to continue to support Team Rubicon’s mission,” a Pepsi spokesperson said.
